Adam Sugar Mills Limited was incorporated in Pakistan in 1965 in the name of Bahawalnagar Sugar Mills Limited as a public limited company under provisions of the companies Act@ 1913 (repealed with the enactment of the Companies Ordinance@ 1984 and subsequently@ the Companies Act@ 2017. In 1985@ the name of the Company was changed to Adam Sugar Mills Limited. The Company is principally engaged in the manufacturing and sale of white sugar.
